Shipping Policy
At WOODME Paris, we do everything we can to ship every order quickly, with tracking and securely. Our products are shipped from our international partner warehouses, with a quality check before every dispatch.
⏱ Processing times
Processing your order (preparation, quality check and packaging) takes on average 2 to 4 business days. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email.
🚚 Estimated delivery times
The average delivery time after shipping is 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and current order volume. The estimated total time (processing + delivery) is therefore between 8 and 14 business days.
These times are indicative. In case of high demand, customs checks or exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.), slight delays may occur. In that case, our team will keep you informed by email.
📦 Order tracking
From dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via the link included in that email or on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received any tracking after 5 business days, contact our support at info@woodmeparis.com.
🌍 Delivery areas
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Europe and the European Union. For special requests (other countries), please contact us before ordering.
💰 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the parcel weight. Shipping is free on any order above a certain amount (where applicable).
⚠️ Delays and losses
If your order hasn't been delivered within 20 business days, please contact our customer service. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and offer you either a re-shipment or a refund, depending on the case.
WOODME Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or external events beyond our control.
📬 Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. In case of an address error or non-receipt due to incorrect details, the cost of re-shipping is at the customer's expense.
