Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to make a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
To start a return:
- Send us photos of the unused product in its original packaging at info@woodmeparis.com.
- We'll review the request and, if the return is accepted, share the return address with you.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
2. Discounted items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a special offer are non-refundable, unless they are defective.
3. Defective products
If an item is defective within 30 days of purchase, please send us:
- your order number;
- the name of the product concerned;
- a short description of the problem;
- photos or videos showing the defect.
Once the defect is confirmed, we'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
4. Lost or undelivered parcels
- If the parcel is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us. Depending on the carrier's tracking, we may offer a re-shipment or a refund.
- If the parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or is not collected, re-shipping costs may apply.
- If the parcel is returned for logistical or customs reasons, in most cases we'll re-ship it at no extra cost.
5. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. After shipping, you can refuse the delivery and follow the return procedure described above.
6. Wrong product received
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of receipt with:
- a photo of the shipping label;
- a photo of the SKU code or the name of the product received;
- photos of the product and its packaging.
We'll arrange either the re-shipment of the correct item or a refund.
